There are a few things I've noticed on this server that I think need to be fixed/changed or added.

1. DFS "Dragonfire-shield" IT Constantly charges, never fully charges and its supposed to give its full stats when its charged. since it is glitched it's pointless for now.
2. aramdyl staff- it hits way worse then on real runescape, its supposed to be the hardst hitting spell in the game, and im sure the states on the staff are wayyy off worse then a normal staff.
3. blood barrage doesn't heal like its supposed.
4. There are NPCs I'm sure don't drop anything, like Mithril dragons, and Frost dragons and ::demonic server boss. I think is completely pointless, it would take you 100 plus kills to get chaotic and just to kill one is like 10min in that time to get a drop you could earn 2 chaotics at ::dung easily. think it should be easier drops.
5. crystal key chest. from what ive got out of 20 keys is sad and from what i have heard from everyone else, keys are completely pointless. just a suggestion think better thing or complelete different thing should be added to chest.
6. This one is just a suggestion, but there's no shop with weapons like obby maul, gmaul. d mace just little stuff for pures. Also it would be really nice for there to be shops to spend bigger money, becasue for now if have about 20m then you can buy everything you need in shops... not really any point in cash at this moment..
7. Suggestion for Donator status. The ::DZ its donator shop has same stuff you can get as a normal player.. could you add stuff like pets or items like Armour & weapons. not "OP" just for looks. there's nothing to do in ::dz like skilling just add like trees and anvil little stuff like that and we already talked about donators not having ::bank but just a reminder
8. ::dung shop is glitched and "x" trading doesn't work like it should. sure most know this it's for the new players that have no clue.
9. IDK If this is impossible to do but Aid assist doesn't work correctly it can't be turned OFF/ON it's just always on and its very annoying if your using DH and Your wanting to stay low HP.
10. Last is ::VOTE about 90% of players are having a hard time  getting rewards ever, because of Runelocus, that site is buggy all the time and half ass work. plus i personly think most players come from MoparServer. Could Runelocus be droped and add other sites or just only drop Runelocus

Nice guide ! Just little add, Ganodermics drops polyphore staff too, and dagannoth rex drops also blood necklace but its extremely rare.
